Most custom orders are completed within 10–15 business days after artwork approval and payment. Online store orders are typically completed within 2–3 weeks after the store closes. If you have a specific deadline, please let us know when requesting a quote and we'll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

We encourage using the apparel we provide. If there's a specific style or brand you want, let us know and we'll see what we can do.

Yes — depending on the request, we can create a design for you for an additional fee.

Unless you can provide an official license or certificate from an organization like the Buffalo Bills, Braves, Bandits, or Sabres, we're not able to fulfill that order. This includes any use of a brand's intellectual property, even for something like a family trip shirt.

All our creations are custom made, so we don't provide refunds. We'll do everything in our power to make sure you're satisfied — contact us within 24 hours if there's an issue. Cancelling after a deposit incurs a 50% cancellation fee, plus an additional fee to return apparel.

Your creation should last the life of your garment with proper care: turn it inside out, machine wash cold, use mild detergent, no bleach, hang or tumble dry, no dry cleaning, and don't iron directly on the print. We're not responsible for shrinkage, discoloring, or damage from not following these suggestions.

No problem. Our Spirit Store option is specifically designed for organizations that simply want apparel and merchandise available for purchase.

At this time, online store orders are fulfilled using a group distribution model. Orders are delivered in bulk to the designated organization representative or made available for pickup. Individual customer shipping is not currently offered.
