Pricing
Every creation is custom to the guest — we don't run a fixed price list. Get a quote and we'll put together fair pricing for your specific order.
Production Timeline
Most custom apparel and merchandise orders are completed within 10–15 business days after artwork approval, payment, and receipt of all required order information. Production times may vary based on order size, product availability, seasonal demand, and project complexity. Rush service may be available for select projects and must be approved in advance.
Online Store Orders
Online store orders are produced after the ordering period closes. Most online store orders are completed within 2–3 weeks following the store close date and are distributed through the designated organization representative. Customers will be notified of estimated fulfillment timelines before the store launches.
Deposits & Payment
New orders require an approved quote and a 50% deposit before production begins. The remaining balance is due before pickup.
Apparel Sourcing
We encourage guests to use the apparel we provide. If you want a specific style or brand, let us know and we'll see what we can do.
Custom Design Work
Need us to create a design from scratch? We can, for an additional fee depending on the request.
Licensed Team & Brand Artwork
We can't print licensed marks — sports teams like the Buffalo Bills, Braves, Bandits, or Sabres, or any other brand's intellectual property — without an official license or certificate from that organization. This applies even to casual uses like a family trip shirt.
Cancellations & Refunds
All our creations are custom made, so we don't offer refunds. If there's an issue with your order, contact us within 24 hours and we'll do everything we can to make it right. Cancelling after a deposit has been made carries a 50% cancellation fee, plus an additional fee to return apparel.
Caring For Your Creation
Your creation should last the life of the garment with proper care: turn inside out, machine wash cold, mild detergent, no bleach, hang or tumble dry, no dry cleaning, and don't iron directly on the print. These are suggestions — we're not responsible for shrinkage, discoloring, or damage from not following them.
Right To Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse any order.
Pickup
Faced Creations doesn't have a walk-in storefront. Once your order is complete, we'll contact you to schedule a pickup.
