How Distribution Works
To help keep costs low and simplify fulfillment, every online store order is distributed through a designated organization representative — not shipped directly to individual customers.
Once your store closes and production is complete, all orders are packaged and organized by purchaser. Depending on what works best for your group, the completed order is then:
Made available for pickup by your organization representative at Faced Creations, or
Delivered in bulk to your organization representative, where available.
This group distribution model helps keep pricing reasonable, simplifies fulfillment, and ensures every member of your organization receives their order as quickly as possible.
How Fundraising Contributions Work
Faced Creations manages fundraising structure and pricing for every Fundraiser Store. Rather than asking organizations to select a payout percentage or dollar amount upfront, we review your products, pricing, and fundraising goals and recommend a structure designed to balance strong proceeds with pricing that stays reasonable for your supporters.
When you request a Fundraiser Store, you'll tell us how your organization plans to use the funds and, optionally, what matters most to you — maximizing proceeds, balancing affordability and fundraising, or keeping prices as low as possible. We use that information to shape a recommendation, which we'll share with you before your store goes live.
Once your store closes, your organization's contribution is calculated based on the agreed-upon structure and paid out to your designated representative. We'll walk you through the reporting so you always know exactly how much was raised.
